Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.

• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

The European Commission is looking into the possible implications of a new study linking erectile dysfunction treatments like Viagra (sildenafil citrate) to a risk of serious cardiac events.
The study, published in theEuropean Heart Journal, will evaluate the safety of the drug in men with heart disease and in patients with risk factors for cardiovascular disease, including recent MI (premature cardiac death), unstable angina, unstable coronary artery disease and diabetes.
The study involved men aged 55 and older who had had heart attacks, strokes or myocardial infarctions since their first heart attack in 2004 and were at higher risk of cardiovascular events than previously assumed.
The researchers analyzed the data from the four main studies: the Viagra study, the International Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor (sildenafil), the International Phosphodiesterase 5 (IPD) inhibitor (dapoxetine), and the New England Heart Association (NEDHA).
The data were obtained from the 1998 to 2010 and 2011 to 2015 clinical trials and the 2004 to 2015 European and American epidemiological studies.
In the 1998 to 1998 trials, participants were either men who were taking sildenafil or who were not. The 1998 trials included more than 4,500 men with an annual incidence of 1.3 per 100,000 in men with erectile dysfunction. Of those, more than one third were taking sildenafil and only about one third were taking sildenafil with the other two drugs.
The 2011 to 2015 trials included 8,750 men with erectile dysfunction who had been treated for more than 10 years with sildenafil and who were not taking the other two drugs. Of these, 4,000 had had at least one cardiovascular event in the year before the trial began and 11,000 had had cardiovascular events since the start of the trial.
The study was designed to provide an insight into the safety of sildenafil and its impact on cardiovascular risk factors, including MI and MI-related mortality.
The researchers also asked the general population about the risks associated with sildenafil and the cardiovascular events in men with ED.
The researchers did not have data on other erectile dysfunction medications in the general population.
The authors said that the results of the study "showed that sildenafil may have serious adverse cardiovascular events (AEs) that would be prevented by the use of the newer erectile dysfunction medications."
The new study, called "Viagra Study 1," is an ongoing investigation into the cardiovascular safety of sildenafil and sildenafil citrate. Viagra was originally developed as an erectile dysfunction medication but the drug was approved for use in combination with nitrates.
